Music Terms & Conditions

ArkriaCord Music Terms and Conditions, effective as of 15th July 2023

By accessing or using any music created by Kira Kun | ArkriaCord ("the Music, Kira, us, we, our"), you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions:

1. Ownership and Usage:

a. All music created by Kira Kun is protected by copyright laws and remains the intellectual properly of ArkriaCord. 

b. None of the music shall be used or modified without the right permission or a written statement from Kira Kun | ArkriaCord explicitly stating that the specified tracks are free to be used for personal [non-commercial] usage. 

c. In cases where personal usage might be permitted, all music used are required to be credited back to Kira Kun and ArkriaCord in the appropriate format specified by ArkriaCord.

2. Commercial Usage:

a. Any commercial use of the Music, including but not limited to incorporating it into movies, advertisements, vide games or other commercial projects, requires prior written consent from ArkriaCord. 

b. To discuss the possibility of using the Music for any commercial purposes, interested parties must contact ArkriaCord directly in order to negotiate relevant terms, including payment information, project details and other necessary arrangements. 

3. Attribution and Credit:

a. When using our Music with appropriate permissions, you are required to use a proper attribution and credit to Kira as the creator of the Music.

b. The specific format and placement of the attribution should be agreed upon between the parties involved, taking into account the nature of the project and the preferences of Kira Kun | ArkriaCord.

4. Modifications and Derivative Works:

a. No modifications or derivative works of the Music are permitted without the explicit written consent of Kira.

b. If you are interested in creating derivative works on the Music, please contact ArkriaCord to discuss the possibilities and obtain the necessary permissions. 

5. Copyright Protection and Enforcement:

a. ArkriaCord actively protects it's copyright and intellectual property rights. Any unathorized usage, reproduction, discribution and modifications of the Music may result in legal actions and claims for damages. 

b. If you believe that any of the Music has been used without appropriate permissions or in violation of this music terms and conditions, please contact Kira Kun immediately to report the infringement. 

6. Prohibited Usage:

a. Even with obtaining the right permissions to use the Music, users are strictly prohibited from using it for illegal purposes, including but not limited to defamatory, fraudulent, or otherwise unlawful and harmful activities. 

b. Users are responsible for ensuring that any usage of the Music complies with all the applicable laws, regulations and ethical standards. 

By using the Music, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. Failure to comply with these terms may result in legal consequences.
