ArkriaCord Terms of Service.

a. Ownership: ArkriaCord and any associated content, including logos, designs, graphics and texts, are the property of ArkriaCord and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, modify or distribute our content without our written consent.
b. User Content: You grant ArkriaCord a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute your content for the purpose of delivering and promoting our services by sending us your content and certifying that you have the necessary rights or permissions to share it. You retrain your content's ownership.
c. Unauthorized Use: Any unauthorised use of ArkriaCord's assets or material, including but not limited to logos, designs, visuals, or text, without explicit written permission is strictly forbidden. Unauthorised usage may result in a DMCA takedown notice, removal of the infringing content, and legal action demanding damages and legal expenses.
Please keep in mind that ArkriaCord carefully monitors and defends its intellectual property rights. We take infringement seriously and will take necessary legal action to defend our brand and enforce our rights.
- Community Terms:
a. Respectful Behaviours: We want all ArkriaCord users to treat one another with respect and to promote a healthy and inclusive community. Do not engage in any type of harassment, bullying, or discrimination. Respect others' thoughts and viewpoints, especially if they differ from your own.
b. User-generated Content: All content contributed to ArkriaCord by users is completely their responsibility. We do not support or confirm the authenticity, legality, or suitability of user-generated content. We maintain the right, however, to delete or censor any information that violates our Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, or third-party Terms of Service and Guidelines.
- Copyright and DMCA Protection:
a. Copyright Infringement: ArkriaCord respects others' intellectual property rights and expects its users to do the same. If you suspect your copyrighted property has been used or duplicated in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please tell us as soon as possible with the following information:
A description of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed.
Identification of alleged infringing material and it's location on ArkriaCord.
You contact information, including your name and email addresses, and where or if applicable, your address and phone number.
A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the said material is not authorized by the copyright owner, it's agent or the law.
A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information provided is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized individual to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
b. Takedowns: When we receive a genuine copyright infringement notice, we will swiftly investigate and take necessary action, which may include deleting or blocking access to the allegedly infringing material.
- Limitation of Liability:
To the extent authorised by applicable laws, ArkriaCord and its owners, affiliates, employees, and agents shall not be responsible for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to utilise our services or the given material.
- Modifications of the Services and Terms:
We retain the right, at any time and without notice, to change or cancel any feature of ArkriaCord, including these Terms of Service. Any changes will take effect after they are posted on our platforms. Your continued use of our services following such changes signifies your acceptance of the revised terms.
- Termination:
